<h1>Domaines et Vins de Propriété - Bourgogne</h1> <h2></h2> <h3>ESTATE</h3> This 20-hectare family domaine is run by Arnaud Machard de Gramont and his two sons, Alban and Alexis. The cellars are situated in Prissey, a hamlet neighbouring Nuits-Saint-Georges. The twenty hectares of vines extend over 50 kilometres, from Chenôve, to south of Dijon, to Puligny-Montrachet, to south of Beaune. A large part of the production is exported. <h3>VINE GROWERS</h3> <h3>WINE MAKING</h3> The wines of this domaine are the perfect example of what Burgundy wines should be. Here, the emphasis is placed more on the fruit character of the wine than on its weight. As a result, the reds always have a delightful Pinot Noir bouquet that is not dominated by the alcohol. The whites undergo vinification, lees stirring and maturation in barrels, and are rich and fat. Vatting times are long and the wines are aged in oak barrels, a proportion of which are renewed annually. <h3>SURFACE</h3> - 20 ha, red and white <h3>PRODUCTION</h3> 70.000 bottles/year
