<h2></h2><br><p><p><h3>ESTATE</h3><br>
<b>The Domaine Nudant, which has been run by the same family for almost 200 years, extends over almost 15 hectares in the commune of Ladoix-Serrigny and the neighbouring communes of Pernand, Aloxe-Corton, Savigny and Chorey. Most of the vines are situated on the Corton hillside.
The domaine owns an impressive range of great appellations and regularly wins awards for its wines.
It is renowned for its warm and friendly welcome and quality-orientated approach.

<h3>VINE GROWERS</h3><br>
<b>Jean-René Nudant is in charge of the viticultural and vinification work. Passionate about viticulture, he is constantly searching out the smallest details that will improve quality. Few viticulturists have delved quite as far as he has into the study of the terroir; he has dug deep trenches in the vineyards to understand the structure of the soils his vines are planted on so that work can be perfectly adapted to each parcel.
All the operations in this domaine, from grafting to the use of “lutte raisonnée” practices for treatments, are focused on taking good care of the vines throughout the 12 months of the year (no weeding, frequent ploughing, use of organic manure).

<h3>WINE MAKING</h3><br>
<b>Traditional vinification, followed by ageing in oak barrels (1/3 of which are new) for almost two years, gives the wines of the property the very specific character associated with great Burgundy wines.<br>
<h3>SURFACE</h3><br>
<b>- 12 ha, red (95% Pinot Noir + 5% Gamay)
- 3 ha, white (100% Chardonnay)
i.e. 15 ha in all, 5.4 ha of which are planted on Ladoix and Ladoix premier cru sites
